Well its a great venue for youngsters (amazing) and its a venue for business events (seminars, gatherings. However, its a not a place for general leisure or weekend. Rooms are terribly basic (desinger basic), insulation not adequate.... but its a funky place with shops, restaurant, bar, forest around. I was just in a wrong place myself. Its not a standard hotel its gaming venue, event venue

It is a nice hotel and rooms are comfortable. Nevertheless the service was below my expectations. Also the hotel doesn't have restaurant at night and since it is far away from the city, without car you cannot do anything.

Room/lodge was spacious, clean and quiet; very nice. The breakfast was very good. The property itself was part of a training centre which was not anticipated and in an business area. It looked out onto fairly untidy landscape. I asked the property 3 times ahead of stay about restaurants; there was no reply and we found nothing there but a bar. We went 10 minutes off site and found a nice one but got no help from the reception staff. Probably would not stay there again,

Bio pool is a must do

Front desk staff was friendly, room was nice, clean, great view. The eco friendliness was great, the bio pool made 100% of wood was absolutely amazing.

Greenwashing claims

It might have been quite an inspirational place, but the latest experience was rather disappointing. In particular, prominent claims about environmental friendliness appear close to greenwashing, where waste is only seemingly separated but end up in the same bin bags, towels were exchanged despite our explicit wish to reuse them, and no public transportation whatsoever is available to reach the place.

Ok to stay, so so service

The stay was ok but the service was so so. The people at the front desk when we ask for ice were not very friendly and the room don’t have a fridge but a box that keep things at the temperature they are at so we needed ice to cool our stuff. The shower was a handicapped shower which is ok but water was all over the floor. It looks like a nice place for a conference but the atmosphere was very cold. The Air conditioning did not do much, and it wasn’t very hot outside. Can’t imagine staying there if it’s 30 degrees Celsius outside

! didn't like that i had a hard time with one of the receptionist because she was trying to give us a room with two single beds instead of the Tow queen beds I booked the room with. she kept telling me that it was Expedia's fault for booking a room they didn't have, even after I showed them the itinerary. there was a gentleman there that decided to help us and ended up getting us a room close to what i had booked but it wasn't what was advertised. thats why i canceled the booking for the second of Jan because i would have gotten the room with the two single beds instead of the the queen beds and if i wanted to to get the queen beds i booked for i would have had to pay more on top of what i paid for the booking. so now that i cancelded i lost the money because the cancelation was not refundable.
