"The first night at the hotel was terrible. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from outside: cars, people, music. We were lying with wide open eyes wondering where to move. Next morning we complained to the receptionist and he moved us to another room , much quieter, with a sea view. Very good room at no extra cost. "This place is amazing and one of the best hotels in which we have ever stayed! Five star treatment from the lovely staff from the moment you arrive until you leave. Fabulous local food and wine in the restaurant. Mercifully no pizzas! Literally everything has been thought of and nothing is too much problem. "We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The rooms that do not overlook the pool are modern and bright. Very clean. Great shower, comfy bed. Wifi a bit patchy. Breakfast and restaurant were fine. It is a good location for visiting Palermo on the bus. Great to have a pool, and also car parking."

"Beautiful property- close to Palermo (25 mins) but quiet and comfortable. Next to the beach and with a heated pool! Especially if you don’t like the sand- no sand only rocks! Easy access to the water with multiple ladders (they take out the big ladder when the life guard leave but there many others that stayed) Love it! Life guard and sun-bed with umbrellas. "

One night, I accidently locked myself out of my room, so I called Veronica and she sent one of her staff members to the site in only 20 minutes to open the door for me.
