The hotel and surroundings are lovely. They do not overshadow the staff, who were all extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to help! Very impressed and will definitely be back.

My wife and I travelling to the SSL to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary having been engaged in Kenya in 1994. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every department. Pre visit the communication was extremely efficient and prompt. Throughout our stay everyone was friendly and professional. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The environmental projects are well thought through, encouraged and managed. The food was excellent with a large variety and quality. We particularly...

Me any my partner stayed at Nomad for a 5 day that started just after Christmas and ended just after new year. We had a very warm welcome at the hotel and the cold flannels on arrival were a god send in the midday heat. Our room was generously proportioned and luxurious with a huge bathroom and a spacious balcony including day beds. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly, making all of their guests feel like individuals and they do all that they can to try and make your stay special and...

We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for 2 night but wish we had stayed longer. Everything was exceptional- from the welcome drinks on arrival, to the spa services, the vast options for breakfast and dinner buffet, the afternoon tea included as part of the half board option, the amazing song and dance we received at dinner for our honeymoon, the great views and the spacious rooms. They even decorated our room as they knew this was part of our honeymoon trip. Honestly, this looked and felt...

i liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful

Staff were exceptional.

Big and comfy rooms, staff was very helpful

Me and my wife loved the stay there. The rooms were cool after a long day in the sun, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The food and bars on the resort are the best we’ve had at a hotel.

The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily...

We really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The location was nice and quiet, not far from public and private beaches (Nyali and Mombasa beaches.) Shopping was nearby.

The best part is the location and view from this resort to enjoy the wide view of open sea and the peaceful stay.. Its safe, beautiful and pleasant stay & love to watch the blue sea all around the clock whether its morning or evening or day or night. The food, the hospitality, the peaceful and safe stay make me crave to visit again and enjoy the surrounding at this resort again. Completely mesmerizing design that shows the personal touch of hardwork and thoughts for the complete resort....
