We loved the Blue Marlin

Such a clean place and very reasonable. The food at the restaurant was so delicious! The beach was beautiful! But what made our stay so great, was the staff. They were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We really really loved staying here

Right on the beach which was great, but very few loungers that could not accomodate the large number of guests. People would put thier belongings down at 7am to make sure they had a lounger. Rooms very large and quiet but are starting to be old. Could do with some renovations. Staff very friendly, but was asked for money twice by one waitress at breakfast times. Not a great way to start the relaxing day. We booked a seaview room with a balcony and upon check in were given a room with no balcony and that had a square inch view of the ocean. Evetually we were moved to what we had booked. Perhaps, a partial seaview room option for some of the rooms, would be more honest of the hotel. Great place to kitesurf.

Nice hotel with nice staff

Very nice place with great staff and amazing food! Only inconvenience: All sun beds get reserved every morning by kite surfers who hardly use them but block them for everyone else for the whole day. We didn't get a sun bed even once during our whole stay! Also swimming is not great because of all the kite surfers.

Ruhiges und schönes Hotel direkt am Strand

Das Blue Marlin Beach Hotel ist genau das richtige Hotel, wenn man Ruhe, guten Komfort, sehr gutes Essen (zumindest das vegetarische - Fleisch haben wir nicht probiert), Sauberkeit, sehr nette und freundliche Atmosphäre direkt am wunderschönen Strand erleben möchte. Sollte es uns wieder nach Mombasa ziehen, dann gehen wir sicher wieder ins Blue Marlin Beach!!

Nice small sized hotel right on the beach with amazing view and a lovely breeze. Large room with one double bed and a single bed fitted me and my daughters. With airconditioning and a terrace with sea view it was perfect.

Right on the beach

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are large and clean. Good wifi and large breakfast. Great place to relax.

Gutes Hotel, nette Angestellte und guter Preis!

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Meer mit Restaurant an Meer. Essen war sehr gut und immer frisch. Das beste am Hotel sind die netten Angestellten die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Mit dem Hotel haben wir auch eine Safari gebucht die sehr sehr gut war.

ESTADÍA PLACENTERA

Estadía super placentera, la comida del restaurante es la mejor en Diani Beach. El hotel está deteriorado en referencia a las fotos que muestran, tiene sus años y se nota, pero esto pasa en muchas partes de Diani Beach y no entorpece tu estadía ya que los servicios están muy bien, internet en la playa, desayuno abundante. El agua de la ducha es salada, pero también pasa en todo el balneario. Sería bueno que el hotel te cambie a la moneda local ya que no hay ATM cerca ni cambios. La playa es un punto fuerte ya que es el aárea con la mejor playa, menos algasy menos beach boys.

Was a very comfortable and nice room and was air conditioned. It didn't look like the pictures online and the bathrooms didn't have shower curtains and the water was salty through the faucets. The restaurant staff was very nice and made a menu for us specifically for special diets. The view from the hotel was great and it is very close to the beach which was very nice and secluded. The glass bottom boats that were there were very nice as well!
