"Hotel staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Our room (Executive with king bed) was very comfortable and spacious. Note that there are no elevators/lifts at the hotel so if you have trouble managing stairs, reserve a ground floor room. However the staff carried our largest luggage up and down the stairs for us. "The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed using the pool before breakfast when it wasn't busy. We felt there wasn't enough social space to sit and have a coffee and chat with other guests. There also seemed to be a problem with the courtyard bar which wasn't open during our stay."

"We stayed at The Killarney Park for three of our ten nights in the southwest of Ireland and wish we could have stayed there all ten! The hotel was superb in luxury, customer service, and attention to detail. From bath salts for the claw-footed tub to a welcome note and snack from the management, the staff went out of their way to give us the vacation of a lifetime. The hotel is steps from the most beautiful park we've ever walked (Killarney House and Gardens) and is across the street from shops...

"Our stay at The Victoria was AMAZING! Immediately greeted by a kind receptionist who took the time to personally connect with us. A beautiful room, great breakfast included, beautiful and clean bathroom! The one downside is no A/C for us Americans, but it did not take away from our experience at all. "Concierge was very helpful with storing my bag before checking in and providing information about seeing the sights of interest and options to get around. She addressed me by name when I returned from my adventures to check in. The hotel bar was even a decent dinner option. The bed was absolutely luxurious. Close to the city but not right in the midst of the noise."
