"This was terrible! We will never stay here again. Lobby looked fine. Carpet to room was dirty and smelled bad. Very bad. Room smelled odd. Bed did appear clean- only reason we didn’t leave immediately. The AC kicked off/on all night and sounded like a low hanging helicopter- not joking. Room remained hot. The blinds did not block the high street lights from the parking lot. So the room was lit up all night. So after we attempted to sleep, we exited the room to find 2 men sleeping in the hallway- I am not joking. They never woke as we stepped over and around them. Some hallways and pool closed so hopefully attempting to make changes. This placed should be closed until update and cleaned. We will never be back!"
