"Amazing hotel that is very clean, close to lots of restaurants, shopping and walking distance to everything. Firepit area is great way to relax after a busy day. Service was perfect..friendly staff and the bartender Sid was so great!"
"We've stayed at this property before, and that's why we keep coming back. It is within a short driving distance to our son & daughter-law's house. We usually get decent rates, but since there was a Caribbean festival in Toronto this weekend, the price was a lot more than usual. There is no food at all on the premises, but there is a Tim Hortons & Wendy's within walking distance for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable."
"Hotel is convenient for access to the airport and the UP Express to downtown. The restaurant has great food options, including wood fired pizza and hot breakfast. The beds are always super comfy. "
"Shuttle from airport very unclear where to get it. Failed twice. Going to the airport no problems. 7s bus from stop S at the airport will take you back there."
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
