"Breakfast was ok, everything else wonderful "

"The hotel was okay. We had to switch rooms due to the bed having stains on the sheets and being right beside the ice machine which was very loud. The walls are not very insulated, so you could hear everything. The staff was nice and quickly got us a new room."

"Rooms was clean but they don’t match pictures they have posted on website the pool was dirty had bugs in it. Trash floating around in it. Wasn’t clear at all. Staff was very nice and helpful. Over stay was okay as far as room being clean just wasn’t what was expected and pool was nasty."

"Room door jammed when trying to get in room. Bathroom light didn’t work, had to take shower in the dark. Had to ask for towels, cover was thin as tissue paper!!!! There was a door leaning against the wall that was supposed to be replaced. Water in shower took forever to even get lukewarm warm. Room smelled funny!!!! Breakfast! What breakfast, granola bars, muffin and coffee! The whole place is OUTDATED!"

"This place charges $50 to check in an hour early. I had three rooms for my family and I to stay. Not one of the TV’s ever worked. Front desk blamed the weather and Satellite dish. It never rained a drop the 20 hours we stayed there. All three rooms had very loud A/C units when they kicked on. Overall, I was not impressed one bit. The Hyatt Place in Biloxi MS. has been removed from our list of hotels."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. However one of two elevators was down for the entire holiday weekend causing massive traffic jams at the elevator. One of the people in our group found hairs on the linens of their bed. The pool did not have any shade, not enough seating and no towels were put out when it opened. "We arrived to the room at roughly 11pm. The room was filthy and smelled like urine. The floors were caked and each cushion had visible stains. The pullout couch had trash and brown spots. The bathroom had a brown smear on the wall and the lotions and soaps were opened. The desk and surfaces were dingy. "If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving."
