"The hotel has declined in every way since our visit last year. In addition to that an alarm clock in the room next door to our went off at 5 am everyday we were there despite calls to the front desk asking for it to be turned off since nobody was in the room. The gym was gross. Paradise pier had 4 rides down. "

"The room itself was awesome! The showers did not have doors, they are just the floor with two drains and water was all over the floor making it super wet and slippery. We wasted most of our towels putting them on the floor to wipe up the water to keep from falling. I wish they had built up the shower wall for extra privacy instead of adding glass. Also if you are in the bathroom your reflection bounces off the windows in the bedroom so the people in the bedroom can see you in the bathroom changing. The blackout curtains really weren’t blackout. There was still quite a bit of sun coming in even with them being down. The hotel was great. Great location. Awesome pool. I wish the casino was non smoking or had a non smoking section. I don’t smoke and have really bad allergies. I went down for less than a hour and woke up the next morning with stuffy nose and nose bleed from all the smoke the night before so I wasn’t able to go back down there again. The hotel had several restaurants. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay there again. Would definitely recommend to my friends. "

"Excellent hotel right at the beach. You do have to cross the street, but still an excellent spot. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"I’ve stayed here twice, this time was a horrible experience for me and my family, upon checking in we walked into our room 1129 it look as if it was ram-shacked. Lamps and doors broken.. first two days the weather we couldn’t swim so the kids waited til the third day, which we came down and it was closed down for cleaning mid day. My adult girls were given hell just to access the pool. While teen kids were roaming around the casino floor unoccupied. "

"Our room was comfortable and the Blu restaurant was a very nice setting with very good food. Lobby and casino were very smokey. Staff was very helpful assisting with getting a timely message sent."

"Favorite place to stay on the Gulf Coast. Quiet, large , comfortable rooms with walk in showers and accessible toilets. Beds comfortable too. Has a kitchen area in living room area. Didn’t check for refrigerator or microwave so don’t know if it has them. Outdoor pool is beautiful. Separated from ocean by a road - 90 - but has a crosswalk. Easy walking distance to restaurants and casinos. Has on onsite restaurant and bar ( closed on Mondays). No breakfast (has a fee station) but we prefer this as we can walk to a restaurant (Biloxi Greenhouse has excellent biscuits and coffee). Stayed maybe 5 times in last two years. Great rooms for children with 2 bedroom suites. Really like it. "
