"The room was nice, clean. However the neighbors were very noisy all night, slamming doors into the night. Finally we called security to shut them up. That went on until 2am. It worked until the morning, to hem again slamming doors. I got no sleep. Should get a refund for the last night. Don’t guests understand That others are staying there. What happened to common curtesy."

"We got a free drink only for 1 of us 1 drink per room very very disgusting we are husband and wife I told my husband just to have the free drink I had water found from the last time we stayed things have changed for the worst !on a positive note the room was clean and air conditioning was good "

"The location was excellent. There was not enough room/seats around the swimming pool and it was Very noisy loud music. Nice large room but not enough draws/hanging space for clothes if you are staying more than a week. Breakfast was not good very little choice and slow service. I know you have to have the air conditioning on but it was very cold in the breakfast room . At the reception table most of the time there was only one or two receptionists and when checking in or out it could be a long wait."
