"La habitación familiar era perfecta, las instalaciones modernas y el servicio del personal muy bueno. Lo único que necesita mejorar es la limpieza, tienes que pedirles que hagan y estarles diciendo, un día solo cambiaron las bolsas de basura y no hicieron las camas, ningún día lavaron los trastes, y a veces dejaban una cama sin hacer"

"Rooms looked out at broken hotel furniture and maintenance junk. We were not expecting a view but this was unacceptable to look at trash.. Ole restaurant is worst meal we have had on our trip. DO NOT eat there. It’s inedible. We left and went to grocery store for dinner. For such a “luxury” property they are missing some basics. Staff is helpful and pool and beach are great!"

"The property is nice and offers stunning views from the balcony, living room, bedroom, and pool. The room was well equipped, though it was somewhat dirty: stained bedding, stained upholstery, marks on the walls, and a filthy backsplash with so much splatter along the entire L shaped kitchen that it seemed never to have been cleaned. The shower head didn't work. I know the hotel has no control over what happens outside the bounds of the property, but there were multiple dogs barking so loud and...
