"Beautiful rooms. 😍. Accommodation clean and nice. Pool water park a lot of helpful employees. At the beggining customer service wasn't helpful to me I make couple questions to see if they give me a ride on the shutters with the luggage and my family including senior. I have to grab my cars and do it. They help my wife because is a women and that employee was very helpful. The rest was so good. One of my room the TV dont work properly. 😒"

"Shop, cafe and restaurant were poor for a modern hotel. A good coffee shop in the lobby area would make a massive difference. Also seemed a lack of decent food options and a lot of people were clearly ordering take away deliveries from local fast food places."

"There was a conference that we weren’t aware of when we checked in. Surprisingly even though at first it was super busy with the conference people they ended up being pretty quiet at night. The room was just a room and I would think for $500 a night the room would be a little bit better the bathroom was really small. Overall we had a good stay."
