We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you because of the Fire in the hotel. It happened accidently and luckily we could control over it without any serious injuries as the hotel is fully equipped with Fire control facility. We are a reputed hotel and known for providing good facilities to our guests. All we can say is that accidents do happen but it was not at all due to negligence , it was accidently. Regarding the room condition, we really focus on he cleaning part. Might be it got unnoticed by the cleaning staff. We apologies for the same.
