This place was okay, easy to find, and had a good parking lot. The service at midnight was excellent; the staff member, who was Indian, was very polite and friendly.

There is a nice Starbucks and also a mall near the hotel, which is great. The staff was very respectful and helped me out with the iron. Place could have been a little cleaner, but hey for the price I think it was a great bargain.
The guys on the lobby are nice and helpful the pool was fun kids have fun ☺️☺️☺️

Rate was cheap. Convenient location by the freeway, quiet, complimentary Continental breakfast, friendly staff, restaurants and stores nearby and late check in was appreciated.
Pros: Clean, friendly, reasonable price, Roseville location offers easy access to St. Paul and Minneapolis venues
Cons: TV dated (grainy resolution)

It is an old building but the rooms were clean. Area is quiet. I felt safe in it. Breakfast needs improvement.
Enjoyed that there were close-by shopping options, as well as dining options. We felt fairly safe in this area. The only comment I had is that the room could have been cleaner. The walls needed washing as they were quite dirty. The hotel was a bit run down and needs some upgrades but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
They say you get what you pay for and this place is no exception. If you are looking for the Ritz-Carlton, keep moving. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. It is an older hotel, and the breakfast is not a full hot breakfast. The coffee is really good and the price is really good. If you need a place to lay your head for a day or a week, this is a good place. Convenient to the hwy system as well as shopping and dining. Roseville is a great place.
bed was good, room cold even with heater, carpet needs replacement, need more furniture (bedside tables) tv poor reception.

It was as expected for the price I paid. It’s not 5 star, not the worst on the block. TV’s don’t work in room but had mini fridge. No clock, radio, phone- just the bare minimum otherwise. Close to food and shopping!
It really run down and shabby. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and the hot tub hasn't worked for weeks. That being said, the beds and pillows were pretty comfortable and our room was quiet. I've stayed there before and was checking in late and leaving early so basically just paying to sleep there.
Overall, this Inn was fair. The room (and almost every wall and corner seen when walking from lobby to room) needed a coat of new paint, and the shower was overdue for deep cleaning. Heater fan and hot/cold water worked very well. This was the ONLY hotel to truly take time to register my vehicle & plate as valid to park in their lot. Really, the price was what made the overnight stay to be acceptable. Thank You.
It's an old property, room did not smell and that is as good as it gets. Breakfast was apples and slices of bread, I poured coffee but was not brave enough to drink it. Internet was fine.
Had my wife and 2 daughters there for a total of an hour but the non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was water pooled on the bathroom floor. Staff was very appologetic when I decided to check out, offered to switch me rooms but I had already booked a different hotel last minute in the room when I decided we weren’t going to be staying there. This hotel is cheap but that’s the only plus side, spend the extra $30 for the night and KNOW your family is staying somewhere clean and safe.

The stay itself was good. Interactions were pleasant and checking in/out was smooth. Breakfast was limited, cleanliness of the breakfast area was a concern. Only one plate was there for the continental breakfast. I looked in drawers for extra supply and seen dead bugs and debris in drawers. The juice machine was completely water, at least two mouse traps were visible on the breakfast counter, the air unit was uncovered next to the breakfast counter and the trash was overflowing. The hotel itself was decent, the breakfast area isn't recommended.
The jacuzzi sweet lacked an exhaust fan to keep humidity down. There was a painting randomly leaning against the wall instead of hanging over the bed. No accessible bottled water. Front desk had secured bottles but charged cash yet nowhere to get cash to buy it.
