Hyatt Place St. Paul/Downtown
"Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke as did the sheets on the bed. The room felt dirty, the carpets as if they hadn't been cleaned in years, and the bathroom sink water ran at a trickle. It felt like a cheap motel, very worn and decrepit, and not befitting of the Hyatt name."
