"The room smelled heavily of moth balls upon entering, t. The front desk was not the nicest and the outdoor pool was closed, for no particular reason or warning at check in. Despite that people were in the pool later that evening after we inquired and were told we couldn't use it."

Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel
"In the 3 days we stayed, not once was our room cleaned or made up even though we were away for most days, leaving before 9 arriving back at hotel a 5:00p.m. our room had not been cleaned. I gathered up trash and took it to the housekeeper. We never had dry towels nor a bed even straightened. No breakfast ..."
