"The hotel is in a great location. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Staff service could have been improved at check in and check out"

"My son loved that there was Disney plus as a bonus. However our shower didn't work and I had to ask to use the one next door. 3x a member of staff came to try it, the last time we were in bed and no it still wasn't working. No compensation of any kind was offered, not even a free dessert after we had paid for dinner. Bathroom was a bit grubby and there was just a piece of foam under the sheet and no mattress protector. "Everything is absolutely perfect beautiful place and fantastic staff"

"A beautiful property and wonderful hosts. Parking was easy, room was lovely and breakfast was delicious!"

Breakfast was excellent - everything...

"Room was comfortable and spacious. Hot water great. Staff very helpful. Complimentary glass of wine nice touch. Hotel maintenance could be better but must be difficult with these old buildings along the sea."

"Excellently run b&b, spotless rooms and common parts, fantastic breakfast. Nothing but praise from us!"

The Sunday lunch (I had the roast chicken with all the trimmings) was especially delicious. The friendly owners shared lots of information about the local area. The entire building is very clean and well maintained and the room is cosy with nice touches without being overdone. There is a tea kettle with coffee and tea options. The few...

"Amazing location and charming spot. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent. The pub and wonderful outdoor area attracted many locals and travellers. The walks to and from Birling Gap were stunning. What a spot!!"
