Room was clean--no old carpet. It had linoleum floor instead. Bed was comfortable. Commode wouln't flush the morning after we checked in and the coffee maker in the room wouldn't work. Desk people were pleasant & helpful. A desk clerk offered to come to our room to plunge the commode, but we asked him to leave plunger by the door so we could take care of it.

Everything was fine. Only thing I could say that needs improvement is the smell of the hotel. It just smelled like it needed some fresher air. Other than that, the stay was nice.

The lobby smelled musty and like cleaning fluid. The carpet in front of the elevator badly worn. Drool doors in bad need of new paint. The grounds and parking area poorly maintained. The mixing valve in the shower fell off. The room did not have an iron nor ironing board. The building in general needed maintenance and point up. Rooms were clean.
