"Room was not clean; there wa old splattered tomato sauce on the side of the refrigerator (the inside was clean). Room, sheets, and pillow cases smelled like stale cigarettes. TV initially didn’t work; figured out that the cable plug wasn’t tight enough. No one was at the front desk to check out with. "

"The hotel is not well maintained. They need to pay attention to details by cleaning corners and touching up paint on edges. My room was not cleaned well. For instance, the ottoman had a wood tray on top of it, and both the tray and ottoman were not cleaned properly. The worst thing I encountered was that the extra pillow that was in a plastic bag with a blanket was heavily soiled. If housekeeping had examined it, the person would have easily noticed that it was soiled. It makes me wonder how often they clean the rooms. Finally, no one came to the room in two days to check to see if we needed replacement towels. We had to go to the front desk to request new towels. When housekeeping did come that day, they only left us one face towel. Really?!"

"Clean room, good food and quiet, beautiful country location"

"This hotel was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is that none of the windows can be opened. The rooms have no fresh air at all, which makes it extremely uncomfortable to stay inside for a long time. It feels suffocating and unhealthy. A hotel room should at least provide proper ventilation, but this place completely fails at that. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor experience."

"Lobby was Under construction/ under maintenance so part of the hallway was sectioned off. Had to go to another room (empty hotel room) to get breakfast vs the lounge due to that. Kind of visually unappealing but otherwise was fine. Staff was great & room was fine."

"Bedding was filthy with stains. Went to target bout some bedding because they did not have any clean bedding until the next day. Staff was nice it was just filthy bedding with stains, some what appeared to be blood spots."

"Breakfast and Dinner Hors d'oeuvres were always fresh and amazing. The adult cocktails were delicious too. Staff went above and beyond helping us.. Would GLADLY stay again!"
