"The receptionist/house cleaners were all great. They were all approachable and welcoming. My family felt safe in the area. No disruptive noise. The elevator worked. Decent sized pool and overall aesthetically pleasing. The rooms were great. The only thing about the place is that it smelled like cigarette smoke so we aired the place out and it was fine. No microwave. Lastly, they didn’t have wash cloths. They had towels however. I’d suggest taxi to get around. All in all 4 out of 5"
