"Staff went above and beyond to get a room ready for me when I arrived early, despite not having booked with early check-in! Beautiful lobby and dining area, and well decorated rooms. Connecting passage to Marina Square mall could be more accessible and inviting, looks like I'm walking through a narrow place I shouldn't be, like a staff/employee only area."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad in Marina Bay. I was able to go for a 3mile run and see the beautiful landmarks. The staff was amazingly helpful. Shout out to Eron for his welcoming and also the main concierge very kind to offer water after my run. Would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are very small. As a solo traveller it was fine, but if you had 2 adults and multiple suitcases I think it could feel claustrophobic. Bathroom space was tiny. Basically a toilet and shower in a small cubicle area. Shower water goes everywhere as there’s no shower door so floor can end up quite wet. Had to get extra bath mats to manage that. Sink is on the outside of the bathroom which is different. Room seemed clean. "

"This has one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to. The location is excellent with Bugis being walkable . The breakfast was good but not excellent. It could have had more variety. Otherwise an excellent hotel."

"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."
