"Kendrick at the front desk is a genuinely warm, welcoming, and gracious host. He gave us a list of nearby restaurants and amenities and was just such a pleasure to do business with! The rooms were clean and well maintained. There seemed to be a drainage issue as both the sink and tub were slow to drain, but I forgot to mention it to him. The hotel is walking distance from most of the things you'll want to do and is just a short <5 minute drive to the lighthouse and trails on Assateague. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I can't speak highly enough of the staff. Great place to enjoy all the islands have to offer! You can even feed the ponies right across the street."

"Charged peak season prices for an off season stay during hurricane September. Even though nothing outdoor could be enjoyed. Also was asked to sign away my rights to secure protection of my belongings while on this property, waive their responsibility if I got robbed while away from my room. Literally the reason for a hotel room is to safely store your items while you’re on vacation. I did not, will never sign anything giving someone a greenlight to steal my stuff."
