It’s location was right across from The Last Supper. So convenient to walk to all the best attractions. Also loved the corner room 301 with the large balcony.

While the hotel is nice, most of the downstairs area is under work and the wifi service was very poor. Well located, 20 mns walk from El Duomo.

The room was stylish but simple. Very quiet, which is really important to us. Even though the Metro was close, mostly places were within walking distance. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The propert was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that its probably abot 300 meters from any bar or food spot. Close to "The Last Supper " museum. (NO PUN INTENDED).

Nice Hotel. Perfect for Last Supper Museum. Was a little hard to find. The address was correct. You just need to look directly to your left as you walk in the main entrance and the hotel entrance is on your left.

The feel of the hotel is nice. I can hear the noise from the other room - so if you get unlucky with a loud guest next room, probably not the hotel for you. I had to leave early, unfortunately, the hotel was not able to provide a packed breakfast.

I like that is near the center of Milan, but the hotel need to be updated . Pillow and matelas need to be updated.. there s a smell and noise.

Super dated, no AC, very hot rooms on upper floors even when it’s in then 60s °F (teens C°). Walls are thin. Hallways are incredibly depressing as are the rooms. The only thing this place has going for it is location, so if you’re on a budget and want to be near Zona Magenta, it’s sufficient as long as you don’t have high or even average expectations.

Great location for us.

The location was fabulous for us. We are middle age and we had no problem walking everywhere. It's a mile to the Duomo. The Last Supper is a cross the street. The castle is less than a mile away. There ended up being a carnival and we went to that. Some guy played beautiful music and we danced. We had very loud neighbors. They would get ready at 10:30pm and then come home at 2:39am. It really ruined our sleep. They would wake us up all the time. We made the best of it. The Duomo and Mall touch.

We stayed in a room that faced the west side of the property. It got quite warm in the room in the afternoon. We called and asked why air conditioning wasn't working and they said it was turned off starting in October and open our balcony door. We did that and it helped but then we had bugs swarming around our heads at night and it was still quite warm. Didn't get much sleep.

Overall experience ok but partly missing AC

Nice building with beautiful courtyard. Friendly staff. Soundproofing might be an issue since the big windows are shared between 1 and 2 floor. We didn't always get enough toilet paper and the coffee and tea were not refilled during our 6 night stay. Showerhead is not working properly anymore and plugs at nightstand were loose (electric wires came uncovered). Breakfast was adequate for us since there were fresh fruits and scrambled eggs. AC was not really adjustable as stated at hotels.com since it was turned off in the morning. Not acceptable if one has to spend day time in the room.

The location is fine, the room smell a cigarrete like a lot.. I'm not a smoker so it was terrible for me I spend 2 night then the second night I call the manager at the front desk to change me of room, he didn't want to believe me so he send somebody to smell the room once the cleaning lady notice that was true.. they told me that there was nothing they could do.. because they girl next door was smoking.... then after I was mad.. they change of room .. but I was not happy

If you are looking for a hotel with working A/C, this is NOT the hotel for you! We booked it because the description specifically says the hotel has A/C, which it DOES NOT have in the rooms. Only the main corridors are air conditioned. The rooms do not have working windows to open either. We stayed one night with temps in our room over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We complained several times to staff and they claimed it was working and they would send someone to look but they never did. We ended up rebooking a different hotel for our second night stay at our cost. This hotel has refused numerous requests to refund our second night stay even though THEY WHERE AT FAULT FOR FALSELY ADVERTISING their hotel's amenities. We have traveled all over the world and this is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Unless you like sweating while you sleep, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND THEY DO NOT!!!

Absolutely disgusting

I spent 1 night here and I can say that this hotel needs to be closed down. There are holes in the sheets, broken things both in the room and in the corridors... things that the staff thought it best to "fix" with tape because fixing things properly is apparently too difficult. The elevator doesn't work and guests have to climb 5 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases, but the staff doesn't offer to help. The bedroom had temperatures at literally 30+ degrees Celsius all day: when you change the thermostat, nothing happens. Why is it there? Nobody knows. Finally went down at 11pm to say that it's incredibly hot and it’s hard to even breathe (let alone sleep), and they tell me that the air conditioning only works during the day (but from 2pm to 7pm it still didn't work, as already mentioned before ). Furthermore, the hotel is full of mosquitoes (the scorching heat doesn't help). Everything I described can be observed in the photos I added to the review. And the icing on the cake: the WiFi doesn't work and no one to help you. Moral of the story: this hotel is disgusting and I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. I don't know how others managed to give more than one star. Service beyond terrible. Find another calling because hospitality ain’t it.

Nice historical building and close to central. We had couple of issues: The internet wasn’t working and the TV was only in Italian. On the second night there was a cleaning happening in the rooms above us at 1AM!!!! Loud hoover and ppl talking/ walking. We were not able to go sleep till 3am. We stayed in many hotels but never been kept awake by the cleaning at night!
