Perfect stay in Milan!

Location is fanastic. The street wonderfull. In very good conditions everything. Regarding room service, the offered once, but they forgot to go. But when I arrived I requested fresh towels and the arrived in 3 minutes . Because of they forgot to clean the room, they offered us one breakfast in the next door restaurant. I will defently will return!

No sheets for couch!! Worse, Our check in time was after 2pm, but the property owner didn’t bother to send us the code for the door or instructions till I sent repeated emails at 5 pm. Yes we were checking in late but no one wants to get on a plane and have no details for getting into your rental. They kept wanting to send videos for a simple place even though I asked two time for information by email. Just a difficult and stressful check in. (Place was pretty normal, not luxury fyi)

The property is a bit harder to locate than a normal hotel so be prepared for that. The property manager will inform you 48 hrs before so make sure to communicate with them your approximate arrival time. We went to a different location when we arrived but they were fantastic in guiding us towards the correct location. We are a family of 3 & this apartment was good enough for 4 or more. It had a kitchen, washer, and dining area. We were able to wash our dirty laundry from the last few days! Since it’s not a hotel, also make sure to just message the property manager via Whatsapp what you need (toiletries, towels, etc.) so they can deliver those. They are very professional & we had little to no issues with our stay. We enjoyed the clean flat & we were pretty happy that we could walk to the Duomo & most of the places we wanted to visit in Milan. If you are travelling with family, this is a great place to stay!

Great location, needs more staff

Travel with the family (2 kids under 12) Great location, just a short walk to Milan’s Cathedral, the Galleria and about one block away from the Scala Clean. The room had a king size bed and a sofa bed, which didn’t had bedding. Had to ask for it and it was just delivered to be done by us. This is an apartment complex with lobby for the residents but not for the tourists, you need to call or schedule with the owners for check in. Only saw the person delivering the keys when arriving. For check out they ask to leave the keys inside the room. Had an issue with the Air Conditioning, when arriving the staff turn in on and told us that it takes a while to cool the room. We went about 4 hours to tour the city and when we came back the room was still warm. Contacted the staff thru messaging (as instructed if anything happened) and they just replied with basic instructions (turn it off for a while and try again, basically). Went back and forward for about an hour and could it not be resolved, had to sleep with the warm temperature (difficult for the kids) after trying (unsuccessfully) to regulate the temperature by opening the window on a rainy night. Talk with them about the issue that night and the following morning with no response. The day after talked to hotels.com support and they were denied any assistance or compensation by the property. We did received a coupon by hotels.com

The suite was great and it has everything we need. The staff was easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs. They allowed extra time for check out due to illness. The only downside was it’s on a busy street so light sleepers would have a hard time. However this is not something the property can control.

We chose our apartment online on Expedia.com, for two nights. We were informed by Milan Royal Suites, when we were waiting to board our flight to Milan, that we were being upgraded as our booked Suite was unavailable. We were ok with this. However, the new suite was dirty, the bathroom drains smelled so badly. We complained and were consequently moved to a more satisfactory apartment. We had to pay for the uber which we hope will be refunded by Expedia. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in that apartment for the second night, it was booked. So we were moved again. Consequently, we did not have the use of that apartment during day. Staff were helpful, but to suggest we were upgraded on the original booking was a lie, and I hope Expedia will compensate us for the inconvenience and for the Uber charge of 17,55 Eur

I liked that the property was back from the street so was fairly quiet. The shower and the kitchen were nice, with a dishwasher and stove and refrigerator. I didn’t like the service at all. The address on the email was different than the address we actually had to go to for our room. This meant we had to walk a few blocks with all of our luggage to the apartment. Also, they only communicated through WhatsApp which I don’t use too much, instead of communicating through email. If I asked for more coffee in the morning, I would get it at 10:00 at night. Very unreliable service.

Amazing location! Quiet and very safe! Walkable to all attractions and shopping streets. Great choice of restaurants around. The suite is very spacious and spectacular loaded with everything you need to enjoy a great stay! Not to mention the beautiful balcony with the street view. Room service & customer service are amazing too. They are in constant communication with you to ensure your stay is comfortable. Would definately recommend booking with them!

Lejligheden lå ikke som vist på kortet men 18 min derfra. Kortet viser bare hvor man skal hente nøglen. Der er ingen tilhørende parkering, som der står. Der var ikke varmt vand, da vi skulle bade.

Apartment great but checkin not good.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located however the checkin process was not good. No address was supplied prior to arrival, and the address on the map is incorrect. When we rang the number a non english speaker could not help, we waited and finally received another address. we walked there and again had to wait for someone to attend and let us in. I suggest a lockbox or similar would avoid this bad experience.

Great city apartment

Very nice and clean apartment, centrally located to the Duomo The company had to change the apartment at the last minute but all communications were clear and helpful and caused no issue.

the host and hotels.com need to have proper coordination. the location of the unit is not as what was stated at hotels.com app. also, the check-in time was stated at 2:00pm and later i was informed that it was 3:00pm. we were at the given address by hotels.com at 3pm but were able to check-in at 4:00 pm coz we had to walk to the real address of the property. the unit was clean and comfortable.

Confusion with address of actual unit. Unit on hotels.com website is not necessarily the one you stay at.given address to store luggage. Yet not where you stay. By chance, manager in building when we went to check in. 5 min walk to unit. All worked out, but a bit stressful. Unit did have some ants on ground floor
