This place was really clean and comfy. They had good AC and the staff was very nice. It's in a renovated recent building which is 4 min from the metro and like a minute away from the trams. Very convenient to get into the center using the tram. There are great places to eat and pharmacies nearby. I'd book it again!

Really nice rooms!

Wow! The design of rooms is really lovely. Clean, very well set up rooms. Very helpful check in through WhatsApp. We did not need to meet anyone. And the hotel is very close to the city Center.

Room was excellent. It had all the modern amenities available. Very clean. Close to all transportation. Only negative I can comment, and which is minor, is the place is in an unmarked building so you will not know that this is the place to go in to.

At first we have a little worry about check-in as there is no front desk like other hotel. However, after we get connected with hotel manager before we arrive through WhatsApp, it’s very easy to communicate with the hotel. They are very friendly and room is very nice and clean. The location is very good and next to the tram/light rail station, which is very convenient to get to most places like Duomo and Milan Central Station. We would highly recommend this place. Plus, there is one Chinese restaurant (Haru) across the street with buffet of Sushi and Chinese food 16 Euro per person.

Lovely place and great location - we will be back

Communications prior to arriving was 1st class, offering help for transport, restaurant recommendations and lots of other goodies including early bag drop off. When we arrived we were greated with a smile, everything was explained to us perfectly with a walk around tour of our new pad For a city break this had everything we needed and it has been decorated very well (i need those doors in my life) . Everything was clean and well presented Bed and pillows were very comfortable. If i wanted to be extremely picky i would point out the squeeky bed frame as it is a very large fold out sofa bed, comfy all the same. Couldnt get the AC unit to cool the room properly but i should have reached out for help myself, we opened the balcony door slightly instead. Thank you for a great stay lots of good food choices and public transport links in reach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would reccomend to anyone looking for a lovely get away

Not bad but don't book economy room

Fresh guesthouse with a glampsy touch. The economy room with sofa bad is very uncomfortable though, cannot understand why they cannot instead put a normal bed there, probably some burocracy thing. Location is a great to easily explore Milan. Nice staff and Nespresso machine in rooms.

Overall it was a good stay, it was a lovely large tasteful room, however, there was a very offensive odour coming from the bathroom and there were no coffee pods left for us, therefore, we were unable to use the coffee machine.
