"Looked brand new! Only request is the music at the pool was angled so it was blaring right at the pool chairs - no one was sitting in front of the huge speakers which was prime pool sunning but Way Too Loud!"

"Wow, this place is amazing. From the available resort offerings (pool, hot tubs, aesthetic appeal, restaurants, parking, maps, gym, etc), to the helpful staff, this was the most amazing hotel I've stayed at in a long time! I love that it's located right in Tempe too, but feels like you're out of the city. The pools were extremely clean, as well as the areas around them. The hot tubs on the rocks felt so luxurious and cool! I will say we waited a LONG time (30 minutes+) for someone to take our order at the bar outside by the pools, nobody even said hi to us. That is the only thing I would comment on."

"Great staycation for family with kids looking to enjoy the pool and waterpark. It was busy, as expected, but staff was great. Awesome fireworks show, good DJ, food was great. Overall great stay"

"My stay was ok. I sent a message asking for a room with a decent view and possibly something special as it was a birthday surprise. Neither of those things were accommodated. The cleaning service did not clean the room before or during my 2 day stay there. There was only 1 face cloth in the room. There was dust everywhere as if they didn’t clean properly in months. Also there was dead bug splatter on a few different areas on the wall. All in all it could have been a better stay, it was not the worse but definitely not the bolstering 9.0 out of 10 ranking. Maybe that was just my experience though."

"My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights for our baby moon and it was such a great stay. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Scottsdale! The breakfast in the morning was so convenient and tasty considering that it is free! Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The pool was relaxing and clean. Loved having a suite with a fridge and stove for leftovers after touring the town. Book this place you won’t regret it!"
