"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"Our stay was wonderful. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We were married in Flagstaff 30 years ago and spent our wedding night at Little America. Back in June 1995 they upgraded our standard room to a junior suite and sent us a bottle of champagne. It’s such a great memory of our special day. Little America is a premier hotel. "The room was clean and my family of four slept comfortably. It was close to the Grand Canyon and we enjoyed the pool after a hike. The towels were soft and the service was great! We did laundry and the front desk had quarters for the clean, well working machines. "

"I've been staying here since it was 3 palms, never a problem. It is getting dated- paint the pots by the pool that hold plants and trees, fix the pool up where its starting to cumble under the walkway and fix the hot tub, get that outdoor bar going again for guests, play some music at the pool even if its an XM radio app etc some noise of music would help ALOT! get someone with a net to gather all the leaves and debris out of pool daily. Get someone to power wash the sidewalks and stairs they looked dirty and smelled. a little hard work could really bring this place back to life. this place could be SO good- the pool and hot tub are huge and the AC works excellent. rip out all the old carpets and lay down Laminate floors. I would LOVE to own this place, take care and ill be back!!"
