"The property was pretty, but old. The room smelled a bit musty and the beds were well worn. The shower was very low on water pressure. Breakfast was good. Great space for breakfast, though the chairs are stained pretty bad. "

"They give us the room early, the activities that were included makes the price and location worth it. The kids did archery, indoor pool, the arcade, ice skating and s’mores after our long days in Yosemite. "

"The front desk staff is extremely unfriendly and are not interested in helping with anything at all. We had 2 separate reservations for 2 nights ( back to back) under the same name - had to check out and check back in as they said that they are fully booked and can not accommodate keeping the same room for 2 nights. It was extremely painful to take all the luggage to the front desk to keep it until we come back from Yosemite, but more surprisingly, when we checked back in - it was the same villa building just a different room ( with the same arrangement/ layout as we had during the previous night). On the day of the departure, we asked to extend check out time by 30 minutes which hotels around the US as well as the world are easily accommodating, but again, we were told that they are fully booked and can not help us with a up to a 30 mins extension ( even 15 was not an option). However, even at 8 pm of the same day they have a lot of rooms available for booking online ( I guess it was not really the case that they are fully booked). Overall property is nice and traveling with a family is easy when you have 2 bedroom villas, but the staff ( especially front desk) really needs some training. If you are planning to use the spa or/and get some treatment - advance booking is recommended. "

"Great stay for what we needed We had a great stay at Sierra Meadows. It was exactly what we needed for our trip. The property is very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us since we were traveling with our dogs. There’s also a large open area nearby where they were able to run around freely, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we appreciated how welcoming it was for pets. We would definitely consider staying here again."

"Fridge in first room was not working and fully defrosted. We asked to be moved. Second room did not have working cable television, but we were too tired to complain."
