"The rooms were high tech. Electronic drapes, shower control, do not disturb, thermostat, etc. Bidet was nice. Room was clean, but there was some debris under the bed. Hotel is nice, but not spacious. Like there's no large space to hang out and the lobby is small. Elevator is dark, and you need your room key to make it move. It's hard to see the floor numbers in the dim light and quite often before we could press the right number the elevator was already going somewhere else. Some of the staff were a bit unprofessional, but not in a rude way. The breakfast room was nice, but the free breakfast had almost zero variety over our six night stay. The quality of what they served was good though. All in all I would stay there again."

"Overall, the rooms were clean with one or two standout exceptions, such as the ice tongs in the ice bucket caked with blobs of old organic food matter. The hotel is well maintained again with certain standout exceptions like the heat supply vents in the main lobby literally furry with black grime and dirt that’s plainly visible. The property just needs a thorough top to bottom detailed cleaning. location is awesome. Staff is fantastic. Expedia royally messed up our booking so I would strongly suggest making your reservation direct to Hyatt."
