"Came to Miami a night prior to cruising and chose this location due to being so close to the port. We will definitely stay again! Excellent location, staff were friendly and helpful (let us check in quite early... there was a $25 charge for that convenience though), and plenty of things to do in the area with our family (shops, food, and the ferris wheel). "
"Our daughter got sick before our stay and had to be hospitalized with a heart issue bought on by influenza. We tried cancelling our reservation 36 hours before check in and provided doctor notes and hospital receipts, but the staff would not allow us to cancel ( we prepaid). We tried calling 3-4 times and the front desk staff was obnoxious and the opposite of compassionate. They would either say someone would call us back or be snotty to us. We emailed management - because they would never get on the phone - and no one ever responded. Expedia was absolutely useless. So, we had to pay $1700 to not go to Miami. Funny how Hertz and Delta both were compassionate and easily allowed us to change our trip. This is a business that really doesn’t care about their customers. We were just looking to reschedule and they wouldn’t even listen. Buyer beware. "
"Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We liked that there are two pools, and there are many restaurants nearby with guest discounts. Overall, for this price it’s a very good hotel."
