Relaxing and very affordable

Really nice to have a studio apartment while traveling for weeks. Cute, fun funky throwback. Excellent communication and cold a/c. Street is noisy in day, fine at night. Owner put in double pane too.

Unique, clean, and quiet. Large living space with a full kitchen. Within walking distance of cool, bohemian restaurants and shops. It’s an older Florida property - well maintained, but real deal old Miami, (blocks away from an ancient Tequesta burial mound), so like a little rust here and there but nothing dirty or sticky. Nothing like a high end hotel, but I would definitely stay there again.

Killed a roach within a few min of being there. Tv remote wouldn't fully work leaving the TV useless. Contacted Mike who said they would replace the remote the next day, no good to us we would be gone. Seen another roach later.

The property was very old than the pictures that I saw at the time of booking, bad smell at the room, homeless people around, the remote for the TV was not working, bad smell on the bathroom, the property team does not pick up any call and they don’t hear your problem. But the lady in the housekeeping department was very nice and kind.
