No hot water, Shela at the front desk was very rude and refused to give me the managers name claiming she was in charge of the entire hotel, I complained about condition and she claimed since I booked through Expedia it “wasn’t her problem”. The air conditioner leaked and my wife feel and hurt her leg, on top of soaking all of our clothes and luggage. And the TVs did not work in the room, even after Matinence reset then TVs, the only worked for a couple hours. It was an absolute nightmare. I have video evidence of all of the issues, and wish to speak to the hotel manager immediately.

The room wasn’t Cline up all me stay The bathroom wasn’t clean for 10 days that they stay there I have been told that because they book the way the hotels.com I am not supposed to get any services but if I will pay then the room will be clean

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked that they are renovating and working on improving appearance of hotel ambiance. The front desk was always helpful and accommodating. But unfortunately, the rooms are very dirty. The bed sheets smelled bad, towels had stains, the apartments were also not thoroughly cleaned. There was mold on bathroom shower doors. Dusty and dirty spots on surfaces of furniture and floors. They can definitely do a better job cleaning and disinfecting.

The property is nothing like in the pictures. The rooms I got had a leaking ceiling and front desk very rude.
