Park Central South Beach

10/10 Excellent

"Had a nice corner room with king bed. It was clean and a little more spacious than we expected. X2 suitcases fit easily. We also had a fridge which was nice. They replaced towels and tidied room each day. That was nice. The front desk and concierge were all very nice and helpful. Free beach chairs and towels each day. We did purchase an umbrella at the beach for $27 total each day. That worked out well. The free breakfast was a nice touch. We only ate there a few mornings, but enjoyed it. Great stay overall. Would definitely return."

Kenmore Village Hotel, South Beach

"Fantastic location, comfortable bed, extremely clean. The only complaint is the bathroom is EXTREMELY small and cramped, which makes everything you do in there a little awkward. No shelf in the shower, either, so you end up storing all your shower stuff on the floor. Also, no good places to hang wet clothes or towels, which isn’t ideal in a city that’s all about getting in the ocean and pools."

Catalina Hotel & Beach Club

"It a very good location, close to many shops and restaurants, the beach is just a few minutes walk. There are many stores that offer good sightseeing tours at a decent price. The staff was friendly and accommodating, housekeeping ladies were friendly, as well as fast TV maintenance. We would use this facility again."

Mondrian South Beach

2/10 Terrible

"The room needs work. The rug had gum or something smeared on it, the white cabinets hadn’t been cleaned and had crumbs on top of the cabinet doors, the bathroom wallpaper was damaged in places, the shower head and chandelier were rusted, the floors were discoloured. Staff weren’t friendly, understaffed bar meant no service so we left and the pool was overcrowded with people clearly not staying at the hotel. Haven’t stayed at the Mondrian in years but this once gorgous property is not what it used to be."
