"We had a great time"

"The hotel was really nice, however we had people in their early twenties in the room next to us. They played their music really loudly all ours of the night. Stopped at 11 and then they came back at 3am and started playing their music loudly again until about 6am. They hopped on to our deck to take the chairs. We called guest services and they did nothing about it. We were only there for one night before our cruise. If we stayed any longer, we would have asked for a different room."

"Once they found me in the system check in was smooth. I had an amazing view oceanfront with balcony. I would have liked a microwave in the room for my hot tea, especially after traveling so long, getting in late. The restaurant only serves breakfast. I would have liked to of ordered room service. I was upset that my beach chair and umbrella was taken away at 5:30 the next day. I had a six hour tour and wanted to then relax on the beach. The attendant pack up very loudly too. My stay was good for the short time there."

"We first arrived in the room they gave us was a suite and the only thing they had in there was a couch. Looks nothing like the pictures. The bedroom had two double beds and one nightstand and no plug-ins for lamps for your phones. They did upgrade us after we complained. The next room was better. It was filled with furniture and lamps and nightstands, but the blackout curtains weren’t blackout curtains. It was bright. The bathrooms had missing tiles and dirty grout. We had friends and other rooms and they were experiencing similar in their bathrooms. They really just need to update and remake a lot of repairs."
