"The pool, bar, outside sitting area, the staff and location are amazing but the room itself was not so much. It was a pretty big room but it was SO hot, it has a water cooler and we had it the coldest it could get and it was almost impossible to sleep because it was that hot at night, there’s no ventilation in the room so that doesn’t help, the water in the shower barely comes out, there is no phone in the room, no WiFi password. If we needed anything we had to go to the lobby to ask which is fine but it’s not when it’s late at night. Also the room above us you can hear everything but that might have just been the guests, felt like they never slept so on top of it being so hot the noise didn’t help. "

"I didn't like the fact that our room was on the 1st floor with traffic The minute you walk in the door boom there's the bathroom No privacy them you have to squeeze between the door and toilet to get in the shower Just awful"
