"We found out that they clean the room every 3 days only... I have never seen a 5 stars hotel got this policy!When we called the front desk because our room was not done, this was their explanation.. What about if you spoil your sheets or you have a baby who drop his milk ? You sleep in dirty sheets for 3 days? come on ! This kind of saving is ridiculous when you see some staff members walking around , doing NOTHING... Reduce your staff and increase the cleaning team! your clientele will appreciate very much..."
