Pool was not operating, i booked in advance so necer received any communication that the pool would not be available. Also stated highlights of insulation for noise...Not!! Very noisy .
The location wasn’t very safe, one of the girls at the desk was not nice, didn’t smile once. No elevator to carry our heavy luggage up, we had to drag it up the stairs… and if you wanted breakfast you had to pay for it. Won’t be staying there again
Daily housekeeping and convenient airport shuttle. Pool was closed and under construction, which was not noted on the website before booking. There were a couple other customers complaining of the same thing throughout my days there at the hotel when I would walk by the front desk. Staff was not very warm. They would comply with any requests but looked very annoyed doing it. Airport shuttle driver drove a little too fast and made the turns a little too quick. At one point he almost rear-ended another driver at 5am. I stayed here for the pricing as it was cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. It’s the bare minimum and given that I’m not spending a lot of time in the hotel as I am out exploring, I could put up with it and would book again.
The room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a fridge and microwave since we were there for almost two weeks.
There were stains on the carpet. The bathroom floor was very dusty and the tiling in the shower looked like it was hastily done. Continental breakfast was not ‘complementary’ and should've been specified as such.
WORST. HOTEL. EVER.
Was promised a shuttle is 15 minutes that never showed up, The staff was rude. The room was so small that 2 beds barely fit. You couldn't open the bathroom door because the sink was in the way. I'm a fairly small person and barely fir in the shower that was almost on top of the toilet. There was nothing positive about this stay. I would give 0 stars if possible.
Since May 5th, the pool is under renovation. Please mention it in the hotel's information.
Further more, this place has 2 levels. No mechanecal (elevator) means are available. Had to insist on having a first floor room which seemed an impossibile task to do.
Do not recommend you go there
The room we had was very spacious and beds were comfortable. But it was difficult to get a comfortable temperature and the window/door didn't seal properly so there was a lot of noise from the trucks/cars driving by (it is on busy road).
There is a decent Sports Bar and grill connected to it which was nice. They are open late. Mcdonalds is close. Free shuttle to the air port. It was nice for the price.
My room was on the first floor. Check in was excellent. I was referred to ole joes restaurant on the property, fantastic! And breakfast was good enough to try again. I used the hair dryer in the bathroom and the iron and ironing board. It was good for a few nights.

The restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel had very poor service.
