The studio was not what it was shown in the photos, I got the smallest, room adition like that doesn't complay with the minimum standard measurements. I hit my head several times at the bathroom door because it was too small, the shower was very narrow. There's not elevator in the building, so carrying luggage is a nightmare. Definitely not staying thereagain.

La ubicación es muy buena, el precio no tan elevado.comparado con otras opciones en la zona, las señoras de limpieza encantadoras y amables. Sin embargo, un sabado a las 7 am me fue a tocar la puerta uno de los encargados para pedirme le prestara 5 mil pesos, algo muy extraño que me generó desconfianza y ya no estuve del todo comodo las siguientes noches.

Buena ubicacion, pero mal en limpieza y ruidoso

En tema de servicio y ubicacion, el lugar muy bien. Lamentablemente el baño estaba sucio, con tapas tiradas y las toallas sucias. Tambien me toco en el piso 3, en donde toda la noche estuvo activandose un hidro o bomba de agua y fue muy ruidoso (casi cada 5 min se activaba).

Está en un excelente lugar. Tiene buenas condiciones. La habitación debe tener seguridad desde el interior. Deben mejorar la hora de entrada, siempre que las condiciones lo permitan. En ese aspecto están mal. Muchas gracias.

Falta de mantenimiento, paredes sucias , lavabo del baño despegado, manija suelta, closed despintado, sábanas manchadas. Problemas de seguridad dentro del edificio, personal no capacitado para ese tipo de situaciones. En general no me sentí seguro después del altercado de gritos y golpes que hubo en plena madrugada desde la recepción hasta el tercer piso.

Hospedaje Conveniente, pero no esperes mucho.

Este hospedaje (no es un hotel), específicamente la habitación que use, tiene SERIOS Y GRAVES problemas de humedad: todas todas las paredes tienen problemas de humedad y además el cuarto casi no tiene ventilación natural. Es un horno en tiempo de calor. Además había cucarachas. La puerta de la habitación no cierra del todo bien y no se siente seguro. Sin embargo, está muy bien ubicado y es económico y conveniente. El personal no tiene ningún sentido de atención al cliente, pero tampoco son groseros. No esperes NINGUNA ATENCIÓN HOTELERA.
