"An overwhelming smell of mold when we entered the room. Front desk apologized but did not offer to change our room or do anything for us. Fortunately we only stayed for four hours as our connecting flight was late and we had to leave for our early morning connection."

"The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with our room facing the street and it was very loud however, Andres took care of us and made it all good by moving us to a much quieter room. I would definitely go back again thank you Andres for taking care of us.;)"
