The host was very welcoming—despite our delayed flight and late arrival, they were waiting at the apartment to greet us, answered all our questions, and gave helpful suggestions for our stay. Very knowledgeable of the area, gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was perfect for starting your day, ask for eggs they will make them for you. The room with the water view was perfect. Very clean. Safe area. "

"Wonderful ambience, quick walk to cruise terminal. Our luggage was lost by Delta, so we were quite late arriving and I felt very sorry for the gentleman who had to wait up (very late) to let us in. Fantastic shower — didn’t want to get out! Room was very clean, super comfy. We had two bedrooms with a little connecting area, which is perfect for families or people who are traveling together but want separate rooms. Typical continental breakfast; server squeezed fresh orange juice for us which was a nice treat. Beautiful historic building in a charming neighborhood. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Everybody looked out for me"

"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me. This was my home base while I bounced around the region chasing pasta, wine, peppers, and granita. It felt like staying at a friend’s place, not some cookie-cutter rental. If you want something peaceful, local, and convenient, this place just works. Perfect place if you just need a room to sleep, shower, and have breakfast. I’d stay again without hesitation (and probably will). Scilla was my favorite and it was only 20 minutes away. Reggio is also just 20 minutes away."
