"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues: 1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift. 2) The water pressure of the shower is terrible, I need to hold the shower head above my head coz the water can not reach to 4 inches far. "

"We had a one-night stay after we landed in Melbourne near midnight. We walked from the terminal to the hotel, and the staff were ready to greet us. We chose to use the staff over the automated check-in. Although it was late, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. We were checked straight into our room, which was modern, clean and tidy. Everything worked, and we were able to get to our rest quickly. I would stay here again."

"Price was excellent but room servicing left a lot to be desired. First two days out of six a pass but forget the rest of the days, we had to ask for things like towels etc…even toilet paper. Bed not made and had to use our coffee cups three days in a row without clean ones. Floor was not vacuumed once etc etc. Will not stay there again."
