No permitieron a mi hijo el acceso a desayuno, Porque tenía camisa sin mangas, que parecía una camiseta, pero no había ningún aviso al acceder al Rstaurante, donde diera alguna regla de acceso al mismo y ya estando adentro del restaurante nos sacaron del restaurante

Excellent support from the hotel’s staff. Good customer service. Nice building arquitecture and awesome lobby and pool. Well located between the downtown and paseo montejo.
