"SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. "Fantastic hotel all round. Really welcoming and friendly staff at all times. The rooms are great size and very clean and housekeeping were prompt and effective every morning. The shower deserves a massive shout out for being so good. Free hot drinks 24/7 in the lobby. Only negative is that there isn't very much in the area after 6pm no shops or anything and it can be quite long to get into the city centre. "

"I had a wonderful stay that started with Marcus going above and beyond from the minute I walked through the doors. My room was comfortable and clean. It was an easy walk to the T1 tram. Restaurants & grocery store witin walking distance. Free local transport - train, bus trams to city centre - though a little far from city centre. The University of Luxembourg is known for its departments of life sciences medicine & tech. A number of start ups in the area - a young city, well-planned for the future."

"Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "
