"The stuff at the front desk were super helpful. They taxi for my husband and I when asked. Their restaurant serves clean and delicious food. We ate there 3 nights on a roll because we like their food better than eating outside. The waiters stuff always smile, are kind, and bring the food right away when I request it. Thanks for putting up with me I know I’m a picky eater due to a sensitive stomach."

"Very good."

"Gorgeous big room and TVs. SMART TV was a huge bonus. Very clean and free parking."

"The hotel is a bit of distance from downtown Galway. The hotel itself, fantastic!! Breakfast buffet is highly recommended, many options, hot & always replenishing. The gym was dynamite, multiple floors with new & old gym equipment. The Courtyard restaurant had great offerings & very delicious. Mollie, was unbelievably helpful, a pure delight to deal with. She made our stay much better & always there to help out."

"Easy check-in, receptionist friendly and professional Room clean and tidy - probably one of the best Travelodge we’ve stayed in. Room was quite and brekkie great Only comment - advertised as in City - it’s about a 15 minute walk into centre."

"The hotel and decor were beautiful and thoughtful but 5 stars is a stretch. Check-in was over an hour and 20 minutes late. They did not call or email when the room was ready so we had to check with the reception and the room was ready—for how long? Who knows. After a day of travel and commute, checking in after 5pm is absurd. The guest relations manager was helpful and attentive. This is the only reception that was outwardly helpful. The spa and staff were lovely but the steam room and...

"Excellent,as usual."

"Loved the food and live music. Location was great. Parking was surprisingly easy."

"Very convenient location, walking distance to city centre. Host was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this accommodation."

"Perfect place to stay in Galway"

"Large comfortable rooms, lots of space in the bathroom. No AC, so if you are travelling in summer that could be a consideration. Some hooks or bars for towels (other than heated towel rack) would be a welcome and simple addition. Decent location with a large free parking lot."

"Wonderful hotel right in the heart of everything. Amazing room. Top notch room staff. Restaurant outlets were underwhelming which was a disappointment. While beautiful the staff we encountered during our stay was either untrained or a bit over their head."

"The room was gorgeous, the staff extremely kind and helpful, and the meals were really very good. The spa and pool were better than anything I could have dreamt up! Sauna, steam room, hot tub, huge pool and work out room were all top notch!"

"Great hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. Rooms could do with a bit of an update but they’re fine."

"It was a bit tricky to find but once we did, it was a lively stay. It was right off Eyre Square so very convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here."

"Friendly staff, close to the city and clean and cosy"

"Overall really enjoyed my stay. Staff were warm and welcoming."
