"Beautiful hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Our suite (Oriental Suite) was huge and very well appointed, very comfortable and considered for travellers. The pool is heaven-sent after a long hot day exploring, although it’s very quiet (maybe a good or bad thing depending on your preference for atmosphere). The food at the hotel is ok - not the best or worst we had in Morocco, but it’s good enough. Good location just outside of the Medina for a quick 50Dh taxi ride to most...

"A very professional staff throughout the hotel, especially the front desk and Ismail in particular. The hotel is architectural stunning, the vision of one man and it shows. Everything about this hotel is perfect, as is their out of town swimming pool, and oasis of calm. My one criticism would be that the complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms should be replaced without having to ask....a small thing but important. A perfect holiday destination."

Convenient to walk to the train station and there were some shopping places nearby, including a grocery store."

"If you want a restful night of sleep do not stay in this hotel. The rooftop bar turns into a club and there is loud thumping music until midnight. We were offered to switch rooms at 10 pm but opted not to because it would have been a huge hassle. As it turns out from reading other reviews there are no quiet rooms in this hotel. We tried to get some compensation but the manager refused the request. There are many other places to stay I would definitely avoid this overpriced hotel."
