The staff are lovely and very accommodating. I requested a quiet room and was very happy with the room we were allocated. We only had breakfast at the hotel but it was very good.

Welcoming and comfortable.

Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food, nice bar and dining room. We booked the deluxe room, the bed was huge! With steps to climb into it, it was very warm and comfortable. I felt the room was good value for money and would stay again.

We stayed 2 nights, visiting family for a pre Christmas get together. And whilst we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, when we were there the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and warm and the breakfast excellent.

Friendly and Comfortable

Stayed one night on a solo trip. Lovely location and views. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Clean and presentable. Best thing about the stay was the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was a late addition for me and I'm glad I did. Good quality and choice.

The staff were very good and very helpful but the hotel needs a major overhaul on the outside and grounds our car was full of birds dropping this morning so it’s had to be cleaned to prevent any paint damage

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and professional. We were here for my father's funeral and held his wake in the function room, and stayed overnight for two days. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel who made a difficult time much easier to bear.

Lovely short stay at this gem of a hotel. The staff were all so friendly & really helpful throughout our stay. We were contacted beforehand to see if we wished to dine in on our arrival which was very handy. Lovely fresh food was most welcome after a long drive. The bedroom & bathroom were spotlessly clean. Secure parking was available. We would definitely stop here again ! Thank you team Sysonby Knoll.
