Staff were welcoming and efficient. They were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I did have issues with internal phone -couldn’t access reception. Internet was another problem but I managed.

Canterbury International Hotel
Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and we weren’t informed until we had already arrived at the hotel and heard other guests asking about it. That was disappointing; however, aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.
