"Needed a last minute room after my flight was delayed and subsequently missed the last train home at southern cross. The Atlantis is so close to the station and such great value. The room was spacious and clean, huge modern bathroom, and so quiet even right on Spencer street. "

"Room wasn’t ready on arrival, they gave us 2 drinks and allowed us to wait at the bar. They gave us an additional 2 drink card and a free dessert. Within 5 minutes of walking into the bar the called us saying our room was ready. On arrival at our room we were greet with a box of macarons and a further apology for the delay. All of this for a 10 minute delay and most. Great customer service, staff were awesome, hotel was awesome and the curious bar is a must"
