"We had such an amazing day at this Riad. The spa was amazing, breakfast each morning was great, and our room was breathtaking. But more than anything the staff was amazing. Abraheem, Isaam, Imaan and my brother Abdul-Salam treated us so well. They made her stay truly special. We also got the Hammam and massage which was probably the best spa treatment we ever had. I will recommend this place to anyone."

Rania at the reception is especially kind and welcoming to guests and makes you feel so glad to be staying at Jaal.

"stayed for a short time, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The hotel is stylish, clean, and full of charm — a peaceful retreat in Marrakech.
The only small issue we experienced was with the warm water pressure, which wasn’t working during our stay. But overall, the kindness and hospitality of the team more than made up for it. We would definitely love to return for a longer visit!"

"Tout était exceptionnel ! De loin le meilleur hôtel où nous avons séjourné ! Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses, calmes, propres.
Le riad est très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied.
Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et très bon, on s'est régalé !
L'équipe et leur accueil était parfait, beaucoup de petites attentions qui rendent le séjour inoubliable.
Merci a toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons c'est sur!

"El Riad en general está bien, perfectamente ubicado, el personal es muy amable y ayudan en todo lo que necesitábamos. El desayuno era tradicional marroquí muy bueno. No pongo 5 estrellas ya que mejoraría el estado de la habitación ya que tenía algunos desperfectos. Lo recomiendo!"

"Bellissimo e intimo Riad in posizione comoda per visitare Marrakesh. Ci sono solo cinque stanze e tutto è curato nei particolari. Consigliatissimo prenotare la cena, ottima, ingredienti genuini e sapori incredibili serviti nell’ intimità del giardino comune. Fantastica anche l’esperienza dell’hamman, una vera coccola. Il personale è assolutamente eccellente, sa farti sentire a casa e non l’ospite di un hotel. Un piccolo gioiello per soggiornare a Marrakech."

"A wonderful Riad right in the centre of Marrakesh, only a 15 minute walk from the main square. The staff are extremely friendly and will always go the extra mile for you - The breakfast changes slightly everyday which is a nice touch and a good way to start the day. You’d be silly not to stay here! Oh, it also has a lovely roof terrace and pool! "

"A true haven of peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the medina. The staff is exceedingly friendly and effective, working together like a tight-knit family. The spa and spa services are excellent. The room and the common areas were amazing and full of details. The area around the hotel (Casbah) has lots of convenient shops and services. It is located a short walk from everything you'd want to see in Marrakech."
