"The room had no air conditioning it was on a wall and did not do anything except blow air. The room was handicapped and we didn’t ask for that as we didn’t have any storage in the bathroom. It also was taking away from anyone who did need an accessible room. The tiles in the bathroom were wobbly and coming apart on the floor. At the front desk they said here is a card you can send an email to voice your concerns. The room was $250.00 and was not worth it at all. We also had a couple beside...

"The hotel was under renovation, so no elevator, it was construction debris everywhere, the breakfast poor and cheap compared with other hotels more cheaper per night. No recommended"

"The places are really nice.They have two pools, be careful of bugs in the outdoor pool. It's very clean as well. My only complaint is the pillows. I could not sleep all night because of the pillows."

"The landscaping was beautiful, the suite amenities and activities were perfect for families. A better playground for toddlers would be welcome and the comfort level of the sofa and chair in our suite was not good. Overall though we really loved the village."
