"The pool area and ocean views were spectacular. I would recommend for first time visitors when balcony views of port are vacant instead of charging additional $40 they upgrade guests at no charge. They do this at Atlantis. Food court more restaurants should be available for breakfast. Sit down restaurants. Cracked egg should be more focused on customer service. Waitress charged incorrect price and instead of handling had to call manager and he seemed he didn't care an imposition took over 15 minutes to fix error."
