"Disgusting and dirty room, cockroaches on walls and cooking surfaces, toilet bowl has unknown substance lurking in the bottom. Dodgy wiring. Bent, loose and broken chairs. Room smelt strange. Mattress badly stained. Property unkept. Fridge and tv worked fine. Left at 5:50am, couldn’t sleep with cockroaches moving around on the ceiling. Never again."

"This a place that is trying to get the Brighton area up and revived. The area could be amazing . I hope some investors come revitalize this area so that small business owners can thrive. Bedroom was clean, and Bed was comfortable kitchen and bathrooms. Look to be newly remodeled the rest of the area as in communal areas are a bit outdated."
